DreamDen provides slumber party hire services only. Our services include the hire, delivery, set-up, and pack-down of teepees, mattresses, bedding, and decorative items. DreamDen does not provide childcare, babysitting, supervision, or event management at any time.

All children and guests remain the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian who makes the booking. DreamDen accepts no responsibility for supervision, behaviour management, safety, or wellbeing of children or guests before, during, or after the sleepover.

All equipment is used at the Client’s own risk. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that sleepovers and hired equipment involve inherent risks and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for those risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamDen is not liable for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, accident, loss, or damage to persons or property that occurs in connection with the event.

The Client is responsible for the proper care and use of all DreamDen equipment. Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and must remain indoors unless prior written approval is given. Shoes, food, drinks, pets, slime, face paint, nail polish, candles, and sharp objects are not permitted on or near the equipment.

The Client is fully responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or excessive cleaning required. This includes stains, spills, bodily fluids, broken items, or missing equipment. Repair, replacement, or professional cleaning costs may be charged to the Client.

All equipment is cleaned and sanitised between uses. The Client is responsible for notifying DreamDen of any allergies, medical conditions, or special requirements prior to the event. DreamDen is not responsible for health-related incidents.

Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. A refundable security deposit may be required and may be used to cover damages, loss, or cleaning costs.

Cancellations, refunds, and date changes are subject to DreamDen’s cancellation policy as provided at the time of booking.

DreamDen may use photographs of the setup (excluding children’s faces unless explicit consent is given) for marketing and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

DreamDen reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking if the conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or if these Terms & Conditions are breached.

The laws of Australia govern these Terms & Conditions.
